Despite its modern facilities the property has retained its character, dating back in the 1850s with a Colonial Neoclassical style.

The apartment is located right between La Rambla and plaça Reial, a few minutes walk from the seaside, Liceu, the Boqueria market and the Cathedral, at the heart of the Gothic quarter, and just in front of the Modernist architect Antonio Gaudi´s Palau Guell.

The apartment has large beds with viscoelastic toppig, wifi, AC, and a living room with dining area and equipped kitchen with stoves, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, toaster, ironing facilities and kettle.

The price includes 10% VAT, bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel and hair dryer. The apartment is family-orientated and non-smoking. No stag or hen parties are allowed.

We have a very flexible approach to check-in times, which can be arranged.
